Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, but the proximity to the elevator was a bit noisy in the mornings. The service was exceptional, with polite and caring staff, a nice gesture of complimentary wine and fruits, along with additional discounts. The location was ideal for exploring Madrid's main attractions but lacked convenient access to taxis. The dining options were outstanding with a wide variety of choices. However, the hotel lacked some necessary facilities for a complete experience.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while on the hot side even with the AC at max, were refurbished, pleasant, and modest-sized. The service was top-notch, especially with the staff going above and beyond to assist us with an unexpected flight cancellation. The location is exceptional, near museums and a variety of restaurants, making it ideal for sightseeing. The dining experience was excellent, setting me up for the day with delicious options, although I chose to explore other dining venues after trying breakfast. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel room was quite tiny with no space to move or put luggage, but very clean with comfortable beds. The service was lovely, especially from the charming Front Desk Manager Rosario who made me feel extra special. The location was amazing, close to major art museums and local tapas bars. The dining options were limited, and it's preferable to explore other breakfast choices after trying it once.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect, close to public transport for exploring Madrid, but the rooms needed some improvements as they were not properly cleaned, a bit noisy, and had issues like a fixed toilet not properly to the ground. On the bright side, the staff was exceptionally helpful and caring, offering thoughtful gestures like free breakfast, a bottle of wine, and a discount. Dining options were limited with a late start at 7 am, but satisfactory. Overall, a somewhat mixed experience with room for enhancement.
The hotel had a lovely ambiance and offers a terrace and a gym cycle in the room, but the room service needs improvement, and breakfast is not included in the rate.
During our 2-night stay, we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and safe, though the room was a bit crowded with three of us. The check-in process took longer than expected, not ready until the afternoon, but overall, the stay was pleasant.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its generously sized bed, good modern bathroom, and quiet ambiance, reminiscent of the Mercure Centro. The 'doorbells' added a unique touch, though the rooms were a bit small, even by European standards.
